The purpose of Joel Talley Ministries is to advance the Kingdom of Heaven by serving the local church and pastor, for it is here that God will reap a supernatural harvest.
Joel Talley has been in evangelism for over 20 years, preaching his first revival at 10 years old. God has honored him with the privilege of speaking in 43 states and in foreign countries. He and Regina share a two-fold burden for evangelism:
1. Church Evangelism, and 2. Teen Evangelism
They have ministered in many churches, camp meetings, citywide crusades, numerous youth camps and events, national evangelism conferences and many creative avenues for ministry all over the nation. They have ministered in services and conferences with Jentzen Franklin, Dr. Perry Stone, Clint Brown, Tommy Bates, Tommy Barnett, and many others. They co-birthed a youth conference that was once called “PraiseFest”. The name is now “Shabbach”. This youth conference began with 40, but now runs 3000 teens and is being hosted in many locations. As a result of this ministry team, thousands have come to know Jesus Christ as their savior.
They have served as State Evangelists for the Churches of God in Northern Georgia for 8 years, and now are traveling extensively across the nation. God has blessed them with outstanding extended revivals, and God’s miraculous manifestations. They have appeared on Christian television. TBN, Daystar “Celebration Program” with Marcus and Joanne Lamb channel 57(GA), channel 16(S.C.) and numerous radio stations in different cities around the country. Regina is an accomplished musician, songwriter, soloist, recording artist, and praise and worship leader. They are truly a husband and wife team!

HOW DO WE ACCOMPLISH THIS:
We use praise and worship, preaching, teaching, illustrative messages, power-point, conferences, seminars, church evangelism, youth evangelism, always realizing that the method of ministry has to change, but the message never will.
We operate in the gifts of the Spirit, as led by the Holy Spirit. The Bible says that the gifts are for the edification of the church and helping the unbeliever to believe.
This ministry strongly believes in setting a trend and not just following the normal.
This ministry travels all over the United States as Revivalists, preaching Camp meetings, youth camps, church and youth revivals, to help restore our churches and our nation back to God.
