Community Connections:

I am a life-long resident of Gordon County, born to native Gordon County residents James & Modean Ralston. I am married to the former Nikki Crump, who is also a life-long resident of Gordon County, and we have 3 children. I attended W.L. Swain Elementary School, Ashworth Middle School, and graduated from Calhoun High School in 1987. I am a member of Coosawatee Lodge No. 306 F&AM, Yaarab Shrine, Calhoun/Gordon County Chamber of Commerce, and Young Farmers Association. I am a member of New Town Baptist Church, where I have attended for over 20 years.

Goals & Visions For Gordon County:

My goal is simple: make Gordon County a safer place to live, work, & raise our families.

My vision includes:

1. an enhanced image, operation, and administration of the sheriff’s office.
2. a sheriff’s office with a visible and accessible leader.
3. a sheriff’s office that fosters positive relationships with other local, state, and federal authorities.
