The most critical time of a relay race is during the transfer of the baton from one runner to another. The race can be one or lost depending upon the passing of the baton.

We face these critical times in the church so often which is why   leadership development is so important.   We must mentor and build healthy growing pastors, to lead healthy growing churches.
